Megan McBurnie is a certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. She completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at DeSales University in 2008. She embarked on her nursing career later that year as a medical-surgical nurse at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. During her 12-year career at MMC, Megan gained a diverse array of experiences caring for patients with complex medical conditions, post-operative patients recovering from surgery, and patients requiring inpatient hospice care. Megan returned to school through Walden University in 2016 and in 2019 completed her studies, earning her Master's of Science in Nursing. Megan has spent the last 5 years practicing as an NP in the primary care setting and providing hospitalist services to patients in an Acute Inpatient Rehab Hospital.
Megan is passionate about providing individualized, holistic care to patients and their families. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her nieces and nephews and hiking with her dog, Winston.

Dorothy Chiaravalle is a native-born Vermonter from Stowe, Vermont. She started her career as a Registered Nurse, working for 12 years in a variety of settings to include post-operative open-heart surgery, thoracic oncology, trauma, and neurocritical care. She finished her Nurse Practitioner degree at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in 2020. During her time as a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in Neurology, as well as Urgent Care. She is also a member of the New York Army National Guard and has been serving in the military since 2018, first as a Registered Nurse and as a Nurse Practitioner since 2020. During her time in the military, she has deployed to the Horn of Africa with the historic 1st Battalion 69th Infantry Regiment from New York City and regionally as part of Operation COVID 19 combating the global pandemic and its effects in the Capital District of New York State. While deployed to the Horn of Africa she was involved in medical missions assisting Kenyan and Djiboutian locals. She is also a proud mother of two children. She enjoys snowboarding, cooking, hiking, and reading.Dorothy is excited to provide compassionate care to the local region. Her goal is to educate patients on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of developing chronic illnesses. As a Nurse Practitioner she utilizes a wholistic approach to patient care and incorporates all aspects of the patient’s life into their treatment plan.
